Stampin Up Cutest Cows Rocker Card

The Cutest Cows stamp set and coordinating builder punch makes for an absolutely delightful rocker card. I used the next to the largest size Deckled Circle dies from Stampin' Up! to make the base of the card. Slightly smaller circles were used for the black and white dotted front and the white inside. The printed paper is from the Zoo Crew designer series paper.
