Stampin Up Friendly Fins Card 3 |
H
ere is the last card in the Friendly Fins series. See the instructions for how I colored the coral, seaweed, and fish.
And you can get a free project sheet for all three Friendly Fins cards by going to the Project Sheets tab at the top of this blog.
Cardstock:
• Basic White: 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 (score at 4-1/4), 4 x 3 for front panel, 3-1/2 x 1-3/4 for die-cut shapes, and 1-5/8 x 1/2 for greeting
• Smoky Slate: scrap for two dolphins
Embellishments of your choice
Fold Basic White cardstock on score line and emboss the front side with the So Swirly embossing folder. Place fold on top.
Using a Blending Brush and Summer Splash ink, lightly color the center part of the 4 x 3 Basic White cardstock. Using Dimensionals, adhere to the card front.
Die cut the coral reef, 2 small fish, 1 larger fish, and 3 seaweed. With a Blending Brush, color these (coral is Petal Pink, fish are Calypso Coral, seaweed is Lost Lagoon and a light green. Using liquid glue adhere to the card front. Note I only used part of the coral (the remainder I put inside the card along with the bigger fish and one seaweed).
With Smoky Slate ink, stamp two dolphins on the Smoky Slate cardstock and fussy cut them out. Adhere to the card front.
With Smoky Slate ink, stamp a greeting on the small Basic White cardstock and adhere to the card front with Dimensionals. Add embellishments as desired.
